IT Support Engineer * 2nd Line Support -Bristol - 16k-18K Depending on Experience plus benefits
IT Support Engineer * 2nd Line Support urgently required for our client in Bristol. The ideal candidate should posses a variety of skills, and also must have: Ideally possess at least 2 years experience maintaining and supporting file servers, networks, PC`s, Relevant experience of peripheral equipment including printers, UPS`s, hubs, switches and routers, knowledge and experience of Wi-Fi an advantage, Excellent fault diagnosis, customer skills, telephone manner, Good understanding of Microsoft Operating systems (particularly Windows 2000*2003), Good understanding of Microsoft Office environments (2000, XP, 2003). Accreditations are desirable but not essential, would suite an individual working towards accreditation. Working closely with the helpdesk, the role will involve responding quickly and appropriately to faults reported by contract customers as well as integrating and installing new IT systems for existing and new clients alike.
